The TrekSta NESTfit shoe provides maximum comfort due to its unique design shape. The shoe upper insole mirrors the leading edge contact points of the toes, continuing through the cone indentation of the arch and instep. The lower portion is the optimal shape to reduce gaps along the instep as the insole and midsole are shape matched for a perfect fit. Insole, midsole and outsole all match in profile for a seamless supportive whole. Improved blood circulation and less tiring of the feet is the main benefit. The HYPERGRIP outsole uses ICELOCK, rubber with vertical oriented glass fibers, to strengthen gripping power in all terrains.
The TrekSta SYNC GTX is made on the revolutionary NestFIT last which integrates the upper, insole, midsole and outsole into a perfect, less tiring fit that fully follows all the curves of the human foot. This comfortable, nopressure point fit, combined with the TPU shank and phylon midsole, give a wearer direct control and anti-torsion performance with every step.
Tests by the Busan-based Footwear Industrial Promotion Center found that NestFIT shoes reduce the pressure imposed on the feet and muscular fatigue by 23 percent and 31 percent, respectively. In addition to the NestFIT technology, TrekSta SYNC GTX combines technical innovations with IST (Independent suspension technology). The Anatomical sensor zones in the IST sole recognize and respond to terrain for pure and stable connection between runner and trail.
The IST sole’s structure composes of lasting Board, Low hardness PU midsole, high elasticity PU lugs and outsole, providing instance comfort by transforming the shape of the pedestrian's foot in order to adapt it to abnormal surface structures through applying the technology to the bottom of shoes.
