Portable BUTANE GAS CARTRIDGE

[MAX]
"MAX" Explosion proof Portable Butane Gas Cartridge

Butane gas canister has been designated to give better conveniences and quality of safety for customer. Daeryuk Can company has been doing research and development activities for a long time to make safe portable butane gas canister.

As result, we can create the first CRV patent in the world which is explosion-proof system. And finally we launched the products to the market having good responses in domestic and international markets.

CRV can prevent from explosion that caused by accident. And also it can totally guarantee to maintain 100% safety from high temperature pressure in outdoor.

< After Use >

We used to have a portable burner that used small butane gas cans that we took whenever we went camping or on a picnic with just the family. I still remember how once, when I was young, I didn't seat the gas can properly in the burner, and when I tried to light the burner (even though my parents told me not to fiddle with it) the burner didn't light up and only the gas began to escape from the nozzle. My parents came with a long outdoor lighter, but as soon as they clicked on the lighter there was a flash and small fireball as the gas that had escaped ignited and exploded. Fortunately there wasn't any damage, but the shock of that orange ball of flame wasn't something I could easily forget.

Sometimes when I'm out with my family or my nephews I worry that something like that might happen again. But recently I found out while watching a television program about a unique new butane gas cartridge that was developed by a Korean company. The company apparently developed a butane gas cartridge that is designed with an extra safety feature that prevents it from releasing its gas and exploding. Called "Max CRV" and developed by a company called Daeryuk, the gas cartridge is said to be safe from explosion, uses a high-quality fuel that prevents any fuel from remain in the can, and maintains an even flame throughout its use. The first feature is of course important, and the second is as well since accidents can happen where people carelessly leave butane gas cans with fuel still left unused inside next to a camp fire or some other flame.

I went to the nearest discount mart and bought a pack of Max CRV. The can looked the same as any other common butane cartridge, but the packaging explained what made it different. According to the label, the Max CRV cartridge includes the world's first "CRV" explosion prevention system. What's CRV? It stands for "countersink release vent". If the pressure inside the butane gas can rises above a certain level, it said, 12 release vents installed in the countersink part of the cap can release the gas inside and prevent the pressure from building up to a point where an explosion might occur. Even though the butane cartridge had this new technology, it could be used just like any other can. I tried using it with our portable burner and of course it fit and lit up just like any other butane cartridge. The difference, of course, is that I felt much safer using a can designed to prevent an accident.

The TV program that introduced this product also said that Daeryuk Can, the company that makes Max Butane, is the current butane cartridge market and is the largest exporter. The "Max CRV" will be exported to the American market through a partnership with Rhee Bros. Inc., a large food distribution company in America. This food company runs food distribution networks as well as its own stores and brands in the United States and is a familiar name to American consumers looking to buy Korean food products.

Daeryuk Can company was founded in 1958 and manufactures general cans and packages as well as aerosol gas cans, parts and equipment. For over five decades the company has been one of Korea's leaders in canisters, aerosol cans, and valves. This technical expertise has enabled the company to partner with many of Korea's top companies that use specialized valves such as petroleum distributers. The company's valves, for example, can be found in the fuel distribution and supply systems of petroleum companies.
