N.L.Tek develops and supplies LED flash lights for MTB lovers, mountaineers and field workers. The company’s projection light’s optical design of a projection lamp eliminates excessive beam lift, directing the majority of the LED light toward the ground and maximizing light output, unlike other lights that have intrusive and intense high beams that adversely affect oncoming drivers or motorcyclists.
The lamp creates an even and wider flood of lighting, while other lights exhibit limited flood that creates dark areas. It uses an aspheric lens that creates a much wider light angle compared to other lights using traditional reflectors, thus delivering a greater sight range to the user.
This projection light’s reflector features AL deposition that increases reflectivity by 90%, cut-off line with a minimized light loss and bulk of beam output that is directed toward the ground. In addition, the light’s lens is made with transparent material to maximize light transmissivity. The special lens design maximizes light-level but directs output downward, and the aspheric lens design eliminates beam dispersion above eye-level, reducing discomfort for oncoming drivers.
