Launched by Hyung Ji Produce Co., the microfiber yarns are as soft as silk for which it has obtained the utility model right and the design right, making it ideal for producing socks. Currently, the company provides two types of yarns a thicker one for winter usage and thinner one for summer.
Hyung Ji Produce Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 and has since then specialized in producing and exporting fancy yarn mainly used for socks, flat knits, circular knits and woven items. Recently, the Korean company has come up with micro fibers which are as soft and light as silk, which, for the quality, the company has obtained the utility model right, and the design rights. The soft and lightweight quality makes it ideal for producing socks.
And, it also started to export raw materials for socks, attracting great attention especially in the U.S.A, where they are evaluated as materials that make up for the shortcomings of cotton socks.
The company continues to develop fibers based on functional materials that are eco-friendly and will continue to advance into overseas markets with innovative materials and products. It has been certified with the KOTRA Seal of Excellence in 2010.
