ZAIGLE Co., a kitchen appliance company has come up with a novel infrared ray roaster, “zaigle.” The kitchen appliance uses infrared light that enables people to grill food conveniently and safely.
Unlike the traditional roasters or grills, zaigle does not generate smoke or smell when it grills fish or meat. The manufacturer of zaigle has addressed the inconvenience of smoke and smell by employing pollution-free infrared light.
It is uniquely designed to use a dual heating-system. Its primary heat source of infrared light lamp is from the top part and secondary heat is generated by absorbing the primary heat. The patented cookware is designed to emit heat from the top of the unit, and the heat is directly used to cook food. Since the pan also uses radiant heat which is generated by the heat from the top, the device is highly energy-efficient.
It is also excellent in terms of performance. Unlike standard BBQ grills that roast meats on a frying pan, zaigle uses infrared light from the top part of the appliance.
Therefore, it cooks the meat tender by holding the juice inside. The bottom part of the meat is grilled by the radiant heat from the upper top, so the meat can be grilled evenly without being burned.
