Hyundai Steel Company, one of the major steel companies in Korea, has recently jointly developed a future steel vehicle, completing three years of joint research & development to develop fully engineered, steel-intensive designs for electrified vehicles that reduce greenhouse gas emissions over their entire life cycle.
Following the world’s first miraculous joint development, Hyundai Steel Company has also proudly presented its globally competitive sheet piles, expecting that its promising products will substitute the existing competitive products.
The sheet piles from the company are being used in supporting the vertical or horizontal loads of upperstructures. Prior to the existence of sheet piles, log piles were embedded into the ground, but they were not particularly durable. Sheet piles were thus developed to eliminate these weaknesses.
They are widely used in permanent structures, impervious structures, and temporary earth structures. Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Chinese speaking nations are currently among the company’s potential trading partners.
Hyundai Steel Company has recently obtained annual production capacity of eight millions tons, recording the largest quarterly revenue performance in May 2011. Furthermore, the company has recently secured the capabilities of providing different kinds of steels for marine structures, etc., equipping itself with the full capacities of a general steel company.
