Ever since its foundation in 1995, Siheung-based Samshin Machinery has been specializing in manufacturing roll-forming machines, insulated sandwich panel lines for construction material production.
The sandwich panel manufacturing line is to produce sandwich panels with different insulations of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), glass wool, mineral wool, polyurethane, etc. Different insulation is laminated between two layers of profiled steel to compose sandwich panels of different wall and roof profiles.
Samshin supplies customized systems in accordance with the buyer's needs and requirements of different insulation and various profiles.
Equipped with a stacking and packing system, the whole production can be fully automated. As a world-class product certified by the MKE (Ministry of Knowledge Economy), the sandwich panel manufacturing line guarantees its officially confirmed capacity for production.
Besides, in 2010, the company has acquired recognition as a supplier of excellent products, by KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Corporation). Currently, the Middle East is importing most of the items exported by the company, providing a good trading environment.
