Small & Medium Business Center Association of Korea
Small & Medium Business Center Association of Korea which represents 14 small business centers across the nation was founded in 2001 to help foster small & medium-sized enterprises in Korea and contribute to the national economic development by promoting information exchange among Small & Medium Business Centers across the country and joint development of support programs for SMEs.
The association also takes the lead in collaborative research among its members to achieve balanced development of SMEs countrywide. In addition, it is engaged in various support programs designed to assist SMEs in tapping new markets at home and abroad.
As another important project for helping SMEs to find markets, the association holds export consultations. The export consultation for Chinese buyers was held in July in commemoration of the 20thanniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Korean and China.

Gyeonggi Federation of SMEs Convergence
Gyeonggi Federation of SMEs Convergence was founded to promote the long-term development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by allowing CEOs to have membership-based networking opportunities and exchange useful knowledge & technical information on different industries, which are expected to result in systemic convergence of different technologies and expertise. The primary mission of the organization is to help SMEs to play a leading role in shaping the future as a whole by sharing their own specialized competence and collaborating on solving management problems facing them.
As a body that represents Gyeonggi-based SMEs, the federation has the founding goals of implementing creative management and identifying new markets by promoting enterprises from different fields to produce innovative technologies
and new industries.
To coordinate the industry convergence, the alliance has carried out diverse projects, including building networks for convergence and collaboration, execution of convergence policy measures as well as construction of infrastructure for convergence & collaboration and implementation of national convergence R&D policy measures.

Gyeonggi Women¡¯s Development Center
Gyeonggi Women¡¯s Development Center (GWDC) was established in 1997 by the Gyeonggi Provincial Government to empower women through integrated training and support programs. The GWDC has fulfilled its mission by providing a wide range of support programs, including on/off educational programs, as well as business start-up assistance and information support. They are fully designed to maximize women¡¯s potential and nurture capable and creative female leaders.
Moreover, the GWDC runs Korea¡¯s first-ever business incubating center to help women entrepreneurs to find their way by providing full one-stop support and professional advice necessary for commercializing its business items or services, including office space, supplies, computers, financial accounting service, support for exhibition participation and acquisition of certification.
The GWDC also runs a step-by-step start-up incubating system so that it can provide tailored service to each enterprisewith different business conditions.
