South Korea¡¯s largest steelmaker POSCO is moving quickly to form a speedy collaboration in a joint project with global leading IT entrepreneur Google to build a new paradigm for business management.
Following a highest-level meeting, the two parties agreed to step up mid to long-term collaboration in the development of future-oriented technologies by converging Google¡¯s innovative IT expertise with POSCO¡¯s business capacities, which is believed to be a win-win collaboration that benefits both companies.
POSCO will be using Google¡¯s map and 3D tech functions for its manufacturing facilities and logistics operations. The company also agreed to adopt POSPIA 3.0, a highly advanced management system that uses Google¡¯s search engine, voice recognition, mobile functions, and other advanced IT techs and cutting-edge solutions by Google.
Both company CEOs agreed to continue the partnership by seeking out new areas of cooperation henceforth. POSCO and Google agreed to reinforce mutual exchange related to collaboration, work hour management, communications methods, in-house communities, time-saving tips for meetings, and other information that can establish innovative management and corporate culture.
