Symphony Energy is a solar module manufacturer whose main products are mono/polycrystalline
solar modules (2/3bust-bar, 225-260W). Deigned with optimized solar cells and
made with highly durable poly-crystalline/mono-crystalline silicon solar cells, Symphony
Energy¡¯s SE6M60 series poly-crystalline solar module and SE6S60 mono-crystalline solar
module, can generate more electric power than rival modules and lasts more than 20 years.
Shock-resistant and highly light penetrable low-iron tempered glass applied to the modules
reduces reflection of sun rays to increase the amount of power generated. EVA film, a transparent insulation material, is
excellent in enduring against shock-, pressure and stress to improve the cell-to-cell conductivity and protect the solar cells from
external condition. The company¡¯s module also applies black sheet, which is tolerable up to 1000V, maximizes insulation,
water-resistance and infra-violet ray protection. Adhesiveness of the ribbon with the electrode is much improved thanks to
Pb:Sn:Ag (2%) film applied to the front- and rear-side of the ribbon, and anodized frame makes the module solid and durable.
The junction box is highly water-resistant and easy to arrange both in series and parallel. Bypass diodes are attached
to the box to reduce the output loss due to shadow. These high-quality parts are integrated into solar modules by
Symphony Energy¡¯s core technology, including preventing glass from bending and solar cell from being pushed by
EVA shrinking, and adhere the modules to the laminator under high pressure and temperature, thus created into one of
the highest quality solar modules in the world. The company¡¯s modules are now exported to several European counties
including Germany, Spain and Italy, and it is expanding the market to North/Latin America, Asia and Africa.
