Ankuk Valve has designed and released a new concept applied valve model marketed under the brand of SMC ball valve that is normally manufactured after the process of extrusion molding of complex materials (FRP, etc.).
Thanks to this feature in the manufacturing process, it can significantly complement the defects of steel valve and PVC valve solving the occurring of rust.
Light and hard materials applied enables easy construction and convenient maintenance. It shows superior chemical resistance and maintains its original good shape even in high temperature.
The thermal conductivity is low but the quality of the product is good. The nonpainted and non-coated valve boasts of semi-permanent life and low cost. Basically, SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) is applied, which is similar to FRP.
They are very useful for shipbuilding and power plant construction. They are free from hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, thereby being not exposed to generation of rust.
